This product- SOLID-CORE construction — solid sides, base, and gables (it's not a bag)
- Holds 2 plastering trowels up to 18"
- 1 gable trowel — 14" recommended, longer trowels fit
- Window-bead level + spatula skimming knife slots
The HAMMEREX K9 Plastering Tool Station is NOT a bag — it's a **solid-core tool station** with solid sides, solid base, and solid gables. Built for the plasterer who wants every blade protected and every tool in one place that survives the working day. Holds 2 plastering trowels up to 18", plus 1 gable trowel — 14" recommended but longer trowels will fit. A window-bead level and a spatula knife for skimming sit alongside, with a 16" plastering hawk board in its own dedicated rigid compartment. A measure-tape clip and a gable pocket for hand tools take care of the everyday small kit. The big one: the **large internal compartment is approximately 22" × 9" with open height**. People always ask what it can carry — we figured it out years ago: **if you can lift it, it will carry it**. The carry handle is bolt-fixed (like the gables), with a **5 cm-wide handle** that puts the power and comfort exactly where your hand wants them. **Corner bolt-fixed construction** is why these things last on global markets long after a plasterer's trade years. Wash it by hand or hit it with the power washer — the K9 jumps back ready for the next day.

The K9 is solid-core - solid sides, solid base, solid gables - so it stands up on its own when empty and protects the blades inside when full. A traditional bag flexes around the tools and lets blades knock together. The K9 is bolt-fixed at the corners and at the carry handle, with rigid compartments for the hawk and the trowels. It is what plasterers asked for after years of bags going soft mid-job.
The K9 holds 2 plastering trowels up to 18 inches in the side compartments, plus 1 gable trowel - we recommend 14 inches but longer trowels still fit. The dedicated rigid compartment fits a 16 inch plastering hawk board. There is also a window-bead level slot, a spatula skimming knife slot, a tape-measure clip and a gable pocket for hand tools. The internal compartment is roughly 22 inches by 9 inches with open height.
Yes. The K9 is built to be hand-washed or hit with a power washer. The solid-core construction and bolt-fixed corners mean no soaked stitching or sagging panels after a wash-down. Plasterers leave it upside down in the van overnight to drain, and the next morning it is back in service. This is one of the reasons we built it solid-core rather than fabric.
The main compartment runs roughly 22 inches by 9 inches with open height. The honest answer we worked out years ago: if you can lift it, it will carry it. The bolt-fixed corners and 5 cm wide bolt-fixed carry handle are sized for that, with the carry load running into the frame rather than the stitching. Plasterers load it with the full kit plus a bag of skim and the K9 carries it.
Yes. The K9 ships with free UK delivery at £188.00, dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, typically arriving in 5 to 6 working days. Outside the UK an additional £10 air freight applies and our team confirms the exact landed price on WhatsApp before you commit. The K9 carries a 1 year manufacturing-defect warranty from the dispatch date, made in our Yogyakarta workshop.
Every Hammerex product is made in our own Yogyakarta, Indonesia factory and dispatched from there via EMS air freight. We don't drop-ship; the same workshop that stitches the leather packs and posts the order.
Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of order confirmation, posted to EMS. Custom thread colour, custom company branding, and Pro Trade Cover orders add roughly +2 working days to dispatch because they're cut, stitched and finished to spec.
Typical UK delivery is 5-6 working days from EMS pickup. We send tracking on dispatch. Free UK delivery is available on selected products; non-UK destinations are confirmed on WhatsApp at checkout.
No. Hammerex has been supplying the UK trade through wholesale distribution for over 12 years. We now sell direct from the factory so the buyer keeps the margin the distributor used to take.
Yes — most leather belts and tool pouches can be laser-printed with your company name and logo for +£10 per item. Open the "Your company brand name" slider on the product page; our admin confirms artwork with you via WhatsApp and sends a mock-up for approval before production starts.
Beyond the standard 1-year defect warranty, the Pro Trade Cover keeps your belt in service for 3 full years on the parts that wear under daily site use — re-stitching, rivet/stud replacement, buckle service, slider replacement, and leather conditioning. You post the belt to us, we fix it and post it back. You pay postage both ways; we cover all labour and materials. Unlimited claims for 3 years from delivery.
Yes. Black is the house thread colour and is included free. Six other colours (Yellow, Red, Brown, Orange, Green, White) carry a small per-unit fee and add +2 working days to dispatch while we stitch your order to spec. Selectable on the product page in the "Thread colour" slider.

We use the right material for the job — different leathers across our range, faux leather, and synthetic fabrics where they outperform leather (water resistance, weight, washability). Cutting, stitching, riveting, QC and pack-out all happen under one roof in Yogyakarta. Every unit is inspected on CCTV-recorded QC before pack — no outsourced assembly, no reseller in the chain.
Yes. We run a distribution-partner programme with transparent pricing, protected territories and fair monthly targets — designed around real demand in your market. Retail welcomed from 30 kg mixed product orders. Apply via the Partners page on the site.
We send the EMS tracking number on WhatsApp the day your order is dispatched. EMS provides updates from collection through customs to your door — typical UK transit is 5-6 working days. If anything stalls, message us on WhatsApp and we'll chase EMS for you.
