How many Venetian trowels does the holder carry?+
Up to 4 Venetian plastering trowels, plus dedicated pockets for putty knives and scrapers in the same roll. That covers the working set most decorative plasterers carry to a Venetian, microcement or polished plaster job. The individual slots are the important part - they prevent metal-to-metal contact between blades, which is what scratches the polished faces during transport.
Why does the holder need individual compartments for each trowel?+
A polished trowel blade scratches against another blade the moment they touch, which is why throwing finishing trowels loose into a tool bag ruins them in weeks. The individual slots in this roll keep each blade isolated, so the polished face only touches the heavy-duty fabric lining. That is what extends the working life of an expensive set of finishing tools.
Does the holder suit microcement and polished plaster crews too?+
Yes. The same protection that Venetian trowels need applies to microcement and polished plaster blades - any contact between polished faces shows up on the wall later. The roll holds them all the same way, and the dedicated putty-knife and scraper pockets cover the rest of the finishing kit those crews carry. The roll-up format makes it the easiest format to transport between jobs.
How does the holder transport between jobs?+
It rolls up into a compact bundle with an integrated comfortable carry handle, which is the format that fits cleanly into a van foot-well or onto a workshop rack. Unrolled, it lays out flat on a bench so you can see every trowel at once and pick the right size for the section you are working. The carry handle is reinforced for the loaded weight.
Is the Trowel Holder covered by a warranty?+
Yes, 1 year against manufacturing defects in the body fabric, the stitching, the individual slots and the carry handle. The natural workshop marks the fabric picks up from plaster dust and water are not faults, just the working life of finishing-trade kit. If a seam opens or the handle pulls inside the warranty under fair use, send us a photo and we will replace it.
Where does Hammerex ship from?+
Every Hammerex product is made in our own Yogyakarta, Indonesia factory and dispatched from there via EMS air freight. We don't drop-ship; the same workshop that stitches the leather packs and posts the order.
How long until my order is dispatched?+
Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of order confirmation, posted to EMS. Custom thread colour, custom company branding, and Pro Trade Cover orders add roughly +2 working days to dispatch because they're cut, stitched and finished to spec.

Typical UK delivery is 5-6 working days from EMS pickup. We send tracking on dispatch. Free UK delivery is available on selected products; non-UK destinations are confirmed on WhatsApp at checkout.
Is Hammerex a new brand?+
No. Hammerex has been supplying the UK trade through wholesale distribution for over 12 years. We now sell direct from the factory so the buyer keeps the margin the distributor used to take.
Does Hammerex offer custom company branding on belts?+
Yes — most leather belts and tool pouches can be laser-printed with your company name and logo for +£10 per item. Open the "Your company brand name" slider on the product page; our admin confirms artwork with you via WhatsApp and sends a mock-up for approval before production starts.
What is the Hammerex Pro Trade Cover?+
Beyond the standard 1-year defect warranty, the Pro Trade Cover keeps your belt in service for 3 full years on the parts that wear under daily site use — re-stitching, rivet/stud replacement, buckle service, slider replacement, and leather conditioning. You post the belt to us, we fix it and post it back. You pay postage both ways; we cover all labour and materials. Unlimited claims for 3 years from delivery.
Can I get a custom thread colour on a Hammerex belt?+
Yes. Black is the house thread colour and is included free. Six other colours (Yellow, Red, Brown, Orange, Green, White) carry a small per-unit fee and add +2 working days to dispatch while we stitch your order to spec. Selectable on the product page in the "Thread colour" slider.
