How does the Zip Pocket wallet differ from the other tobacco wallets?+
The Zip Pocket version sits between the Premium and the Pro. It carries a separated tobacco compartment with an internal divider that keeps cash isolated from the tobacco, plus a rear zip pocket sized for ATM cards and cash. It does not have the dedicated lined cash compartment of the Pro - the zip pocket does that job instead, which suits people who prefer a zipped rear over a snap closure.
Will the rolling tobacco stay fresh inside the wallet?+
The separated compartment keeps the tobacco away from cash and cards, which both stops smell transfer and helps the tobacco retain its moisture. Leather breathes a small amount, which is generally good for hand-rolling tobacco - it stops the contents going stale. If you ride a bike or work outside in extreme heat for hours, transfer the tobacco to a sealed tin between uses.
Is the wallet comfortable to carry in workwear pockets?+
Yes. The front edge is rounded and low-profile specifically to reduce snag and chafing inside busy workwear pockets - the kind of detail tradespeople notice within a week of carrying a square-cornered wallet. The compact pocket-friendly profile keeps the silhouette slim, so it does not bulge out of a trouser pocket or get in the way of bending and squatting on site.
Is the Zip Pocket Tobacco Wallet made from genuine leather?+
Yes. It is premium leather with heavy-duty reinforced stitching, which is what carries the wallet through years of daily open-and-close use. The soft-close press studs hold without snapping hard against the leather at the closure point, which is the part that wears out first on cheaper wallets. The leather takes a patina with daily use rather than scuffing or peeling.
Is the Tobacco Wallet Zip Pocket covered by a warranty?+
Yes, 1 year against manufacturing defects in the leather, the stitching, the press studs and the zip on the rear pocket. The patina that leather develops with daily carry is not a fault. If the zip jams or a seam opens inside the warranty under fair use, send us a photo and we will replace it. Buy 2 saves 10 percent, buy 3 saves 15 percent.
Where does Hammerex ship from?+
Every Hammerex product is made in our own Yogyakarta, Indonesia factory and dispatched from there via EMS air freight. We don't drop-ship; the same workshop that stitches the leather packs and posts the order.
How long until my order is dispatched?+
Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of order confirmation, posted to EMS. Custom thread colour, custom company branding, and Pro Trade Cover orders add roughly +2 working days to dispatch because they're cut, stitched and finished to spec.
How long does Hammerex UK delivery take?+
Typical UK delivery is 5-6 working days from EMS pickup. We send tracking on dispatch. Free UK delivery is available on selected products; non-UK destinations are confirmed on WhatsApp at checkout.
Is Hammerex a new brand?+
No. Hammerex has been supplying the UK trade through wholesale distribution for over 12 years. We now sell direct from the factory so the buyer keeps the margin the distributor used to take.
Does Hammerex offer custom company branding on belts?+
Yes — most leather belts and tool pouches can be laser-printed with your company name and logo for +£10 per item. Open the "Your company brand name" slider on the product page; our admin confirms artwork with you via WhatsApp and sends a mock-up for approval before production starts.
What is the Hammerex Pro Trade Cover?+
Beyond the standard 1-year defect warranty, the Pro Trade Cover keeps your belt in service for 3 full years on the parts that wear under daily site use — re-stitching, rivet/stud replacement, buckle service, slider replacement, and leather conditioning. You post the belt to us, we fix it and post it back. You pay postage both ways; we cover all labour and materials. Unlimited claims for 3 years from delivery.
Can I get a custom thread colour on a Hammerex belt?+
Yes. Black is the house thread colour and is included free. Six other colours (Yellow, Red, Brown, Orange, Green, White) carry a small per-unit fee and add +2 working days to dispatch while we stitch your order to spec. Selectable on the product page in the "Thread colour" slider.
How do Hammerex multi-buy discounts work?+

Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?+
