What tool holders are integrated into the Hammerex Scaffolder's Tool Belt?+
The belt has multiple integrated tool holders covering the essential scaffolding kit, plus a quick-access attachment clip for accessories and equipment. Holders are positioned to keep weight balanced across the hips so the belt sits square under load. Every stress point is rivet-reinforced and the buckle is a strong steel design, so the structural elements survive years of clipping in and out of a heavy daily kit.
Will the Scaffolder's Tool Belt fit my waist with multiple sizing positions?+
Yes. The belt uses a multi-hole adjustable design, so a single belt covers a range of waist sizes through the sizing positions on the strap. That means the belt accommodates the natural drift of your waist over a season, and if you order one for a crew member with a different build, the same belt will adjust. If you need a custom size beyond the range, message the Hammerex team.
Is the Hammerex Scaffolder's Tool Belt suitable for roofing or steel fixing as well?+
Yes. The belt is designed primarily for scaffolders but the multiple holders and rivet-reinforced construction also suit roofing, steel fixing and general site work where you carry a similar set of hammers, podgers, spanners and tape. The black and orange Hammerex styling is high-visibility on darker site backgrounds, which is a small safety win when you are working among other trades on a busy lift.
Is UK delivery free on the Scaffolder's Tool Belt and how long does it take?+
Yes. UK delivery is free on the Scaffolder's Tool Belt and typically arrives in around five working days once dispatched. The belt is built and packed in our Yogyakarta workshop, with dispatch normally following within three working days of order. Single unit price is £44.99 and you receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop. The belt is in stock and ready to ship.
What is the steel buckle on the Scaffolder's Tool Belt rated for?+
The buckle is a strong steel design built for the load of a fully kitted scaffolder's belt: hammer, ratchet, podgers, spanners and tape together. Most belt failures happen at the buckle pulling through the leather, so we use a steel buckle with rivet-reinforced anchor points rather than a cheaper alloy. Under normal trade use the buckle outlasts the leather and is covered by our one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Is this a lightweight scaffolders belt with extra room?+
Yes — UK scaffolders often prefer lightweight belts with more room over heavy military-style rigs. This belt strikes that balance: solid-core leather construction for durability across long site life, but cut to keep the overall weight down so it does not slow you on long climbs.
Does the belt fit standard UK 19/21mm scaffold spanners?+
Yes. The spanner stations are sized for the standard 19/21mm and 22mm scaffold spanners used across the UK scaffolding industry. Spanners drop in cleanly and lift out without snagging the leather edge or rotating in the holder.
Is this belt suitable for UK scaffolders on NASC-compliant sites?+
Yes. Tool belts themselves are not subject to a specific UK standard, but this belt is designed to suit NASC-member scaffolders. The tool-lanyard attachment points support the Work At Height (WAH) compliant tool tethers UK HSE guidance recommends for lifts above two metres.
Where does Hammerex ship from?+
Every Hammerex product is made in our own Yogyakarta, Indonesia factory and dispatched from there via EMS air freight. We don't drop-ship; the same workshop that stitches the leather packs and posts the order.
How long until my order is dispatched?+
Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of order confirmation, posted to EMS. Custom thread colour, custom company branding, and Pro Trade Cover orders add roughly +2 working days to dispatch because they're cut, stitched and finished to spec.
How long does Hammerex UK delivery take?+
Typical UK delivery is 5-6 working days from EMS pickup. We send tracking on dispatch. Free UK delivery is available on selected products; non-UK destinations are confirmed on WhatsApp at checkout.
Is Hammerex a new brand?+
No. Hammerex has been supplying the UK trade through wholesale distribution for over 12 years. We now sell direct from the factory so the buyer keeps the margin the distributor used to take.
Does Hammerex offer custom company branding on belts?+
Yes — most leather belts and tool pouches can be laser-printed with your company name and logo for +£10 per item. Open the "Your company brand name" slider on the product page; our admin confirms artwork with you via WhatsApp and sends a mock-up for approval before production starts.
What is the Hammerex Pro Trade Cover?+
Beyond the standard 1-year defect warranty, the Pro Trade Cover keeps your belt in service for 3 full years on the parts that wear under daily site use — re-stitching, rivet/stud replacement, buckle service, slider replacement, and leather conditioning. You post the belt to us, we fix it and post it back. You pay postage both ways; we cover all labour and materials. Unlimited claims for 3 years from delivery.
Can I get a custom thread colour on a Hammerex belt?+
Yes. Black is the house thread colour and is included free. Six other colours (Yellow, Red, Brown, Orange, Green, White) carry a small per-unit fee and add +2 working days to dispatch while we stitch your order to spec. Selectable on the product page in the "Thread colour" slider.
How do Hammerex multi-buy discounts work?+
Buy 2 saves 10%, buy 3 saves 15% — applied automatically at the quantity step on most products. No code, no waiting. Bulk and trade pricing beyond that is available — message us via the Partners page for a territory-protected wholesale account.
What currencies can I pay in?+
Checkout in GBP, IDR, USD, SGD, AUD, or EUR through Hammerex multi-currency accounts. Live FX, no hidden conversion markup. Your final invoice is in your selected currency.
How are Hammerex products made?+
We use the right material for the job — different leathers across our range, faux leather, and synthetic fabrics where they outperform leather (water resistance, weight, washability). Cutting, stitching, riveting, QC and pack-out all happen under one roof in Yogyakarta. Every unit is inspected on CCTV-recorded QC before pack — no outsourced assembly, no reseller in the chain.
Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?+
Yes. We run a distribution-partner programme with transparent pricing, protected territories and fair monthly targets — designed around real demand in your market. Retail welcomed from 30 kg mixed product orders. Apply via the Partners page on the site.
How do I track my Hammerex order?+
We send the EMS tracking number on WhatsApp the day your order is dispatched. EMS provides updates from collection through customs to your door — typical UK transit is 5-6 working days. If anything stalls, message us on WhatsApp and we'll chase EMS for you.
