The padded belt system is available three ways: the 5 inch padded back support on its own, the heavy-duty 2 inch work belt on its own, or the complete set together. Pick the support if you already run a 2 inch belt you like; pick the belt only if you want a standalone work belt; pick the complete set for a fully matched configuration with both pieces built to work together.
The 5 inch padded section sits across the lower back and extends round into the sides, so the weight of a loaded work belt is carried across a much larger area than a single 2 inch strap. That spreads load away from the hip-bone pressure points where most belt-fatigue starts. On long shifts with a hammer, pouches and a drill holster, the padding keeps you working comfortably for longer.
Yes. The heavy-duty work belt in this system is the trade-standard 2 inch width, so every Hammerex pouch, tape holder, spanner holder and drill holster slides straight onto it. It is also compatible with most non-Hammerex 2 inch pouches you may already have. If you only want to upgrade your support setup, the padded support alone clips onto your existing 2 inch belt.

Every Hammerex product is made in our own Yogyakarta, Indonesia factory and dispatched from there via EMS air freight. We don't drop-ship; the same workshop that stitches the leather packs and posts the order.
Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of order confirmation, posted to EMS. Custom thread colour, custom company branding, and Pro Trade Cover orders add roughly +2 working days to dispatch because they're cut, stitched and finished to spec.

Beyond the standard 1-year defect warranty, the Pro Trade Cover keeps your belt in service for 3 full years on the parts that wear under daily site use — re-stitching, rivet/stud replacement, buckle service, slider replacement, and leather conditioning. You post the belt to us, we fix it and post it back. You pay postage both ways; we cover all labour and materials. Unlimited claims for 3 years from delivery.
Yes. Black is the house thread colour and is included free. Six other colours (Yellow, Red, Brown, Orange, Green, White) carry a small per-unit fee and add +2 working days to dispatch while we stitch your order to spec. Selectable on the product page in the "Thread colour" slider.
