Yes. It is built on a genuine Zippo windproof lighter chassis with the Hammerex logo applied by premium UV print. The body, the mechanism and the windproof flame characteristics are all standard Zippo, which means it accepts the same flints, wicks and lighter fluid as any other Zippo. The branding is the only Hammerex addition - the platform itself is unchanged.
We use UV print, which lays the ink down and cures it with UV light so it bonds to the metal rather than sitting on top. That is why the dispatch lead time is longer than our other items - 8 working days - to allow for the print, the cure and the quality check before shipping. UV print stands up to handling far better than a standard sticker or transfer.
No. International postal rules prohibit shipping lighters with fluid loaded, so it leaves the workshop empty. You fuel it with standard Zippo lighter fluid once it arrives - any tobacconist or supermarket carries it. The wick and flint inside are good to go from new, you just add the fluid, snap it shut for a minute to wick up, and it is ready.
The mechanism itself is covered by the standard Zippo manufacturer warranty, which is a separate guarantee that comes with the lighter platform. The Hammerex UV print is covered by our usual workshop-defect guarantee against print failures from new. Normal wear on the print across years of pocket carry is part of how it ages, not a fault we would replace.

Every Hammerex product is made in our own Yogyakarta, Indonesia factory and dispatched from there via EMS air freight. We don't drop-ship; the same workshop that stitches the leather packs and posts the order.
