What tools does the ForgeX 7 Station Scaffolder's Belt hold?+
The seven stations cover the working scaffolder's daily kit: a bubble-level holder for single-bubble levels, a sliding glove clip, a sliding lanyard clip, a tape measure holder for tapes up to 8 metres, a reinforced hammer station, a twin holder for spanners and scaffolding tools, and a single holder for individual tools. The glove and lanyard clips reposition around the belt so you can set up left or right handed.
How wide is the leather belt on the ForgeX 7 Station?+
The belt is a 2 inch (50mm) solid-core leather strap, made from premium heavy-duty hide. The width spreads the load across your hips when the belt is fully kitted out, which is the difference between a comfortable day and a sore back. The solid-core construction means it will not roll, fold or stretch out of shape over time, even carrying spanners, a hammer and an 8 metre tape.
Do you ship the ForgeX belt to the UK and how long does it take?+
Yes. UK delivery is free on the ForgeX 7 Station and typically arrives in around five working days once dispatched. We build to order in our Yogyakarta workshop, so dispatch usually follows within three working days of payment. International customers outside the UK pay an additional £10 per unit for air freight via EMS. Tracking is provided once the parcel leaves our workshop.
How does the ForgeX tape measure holder cope with an 8 metre tape?+
The tape measure holder is rated to hold tapes up to 8 metres, which covers the standard 5 metre and 8 metre tapes most UK scaffolders run. The mount is reinforced so the weight of a heavy 8 metre case does not pull the belt down, and the tape sits in a position that allows one-handed access at height. The holder will accept most major tape brands.
Is the ForgeX scaffolders belt covered by a warranty?+
Yes. The ForgeX 7 Station is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, which includes stitching, rivets, bolts and the leather belt itself. The warranty does not cover honest wear on a working belt; leather scuffs and patinas with use, which is normal. If anything fails because of how we built it, message the Hammerex team with photos and we will sort a repair or replacement.
Is this belt suitable for UK scaffolders on NASC-compliant sites?+
Yes. Tool belts themselves are not subject to a specific UK standard, but this belt is designed to suit NASC-member scaffolders. The tool-lanyard attachment points support the Work At Height (WAH) compliant tool tethers UK HSE guidance recommends for lifts above two metres.
What do UK scaffolders look for in a tool belt?+
UK scaffolders typically want three things from a belt: lightweight construction so it does not weigh them down on long lifts, enough room to carry the full daily kit (two scaffold spanners, ratchet, hammer, tape and level), and secure attachment points compatible with tool lanyards for working at height. This belt is built to all three.
Is this a lightweight scaffolders belt with extra room?+
Yes — UK scaffolders often prefer lightweight belts with more room over heavy military-style rigs. This belt strikes that balance: solid-core leather construction for durability across long site life, but cut to keep the overall weight down so it does not slow you on long climbs.
Where does Hammerex ship from?+
Every Hammerex product is made in our own Yogyakarta, Indonesia factory and dispatched from there via EMS air freight. We don't drop-ship; the same workshop that stitches the leather packs and posts the order.
How long until my order is dispatched?+
Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of order confirmation, posted to EMS. Custom thread colour, custom company branding, and Pro Trade Cover orders add roughly +2 working days to dispatch because they're cut, stitched and finished to spec.
How long does Hammerex UK delivery take?+
Typical UK delivery is 5-6 working days from EMS pickup. We send tracking on dispatch. Free UK delivery is available on selected products; non-UK destinations are confirmed on WhatsApp at checkout.
Is Hammerex a new brand?+
No. Hammerex has been supplying the UK trade through wholesale distribution for over 12 years. We now sell direct from the factory so the buyer keeps the margin the distributor used to take.
Does Hammerex offer custom company branding on belts?+
Yes — most leather belts and tool pouches can be laser-printed with your company name and logo for +£10 per item. Open the "Your company brand name" slider on the product page; our admin confirms artwork with you via WhatsApp and sends a mock-up for approval before production starts.
What is the Hammerex Pro Trade Cover?+
Beyond the standard 1-year defect warranty, the Pro Trade Cover keeps your belt in service for 3 full years on the parts that wear under daily site use — re-stitching, rivet/stud replacement, buckle service, slider replacement, and leather conditioning. You post the belt to us, we fix it and post it back. You pay postage both ways; we cover all labour and materials. Unlimited claims for 3 years from delivery.
Can I get a custom thread colour on a Hammerex belt?+
Yes. Black is the house thread colour and is included free. Six other colours (Yellow, Red, Brown, Orange, Green, White) carry a small per-unit fee and add +2 working days to dispatch while we stitch your order to spec. Selectable on the product page in the "Thread colour" slider.
How do Hammerex multi-buy discounts work?+
Buy 2 saves 10%, buy 3 saves 15% — applied automatically at the quantity step on most products. No code, no waiting. Bulk and trade pricing beyond that is available — message us via the Partners page for a territory-protected wholesale account.
What currencies can I pay in?+
Checkout in GBP, IDR, USD, SGD, AUD, or EUR through Hammerex multi-currency accounts. Live FX, no hidden conversion markup. Your final invoice is in your selected currency.
How are Hammerex products made?+
We use the right material for the job — different leathers across our range, faux leather, and synthetic fabrics where they outperform leather (water resistance, weight, washability). Cutting, stitching, riveting, QC and pack-out all happen under one roof in Yogyakarta. Every unit is inspected on CCTV-recorded QC before pack — no outsourced assembly, no reseller in the chain.
Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?+
Yes. We run a distribution-partner programme with transparent pricing, protected territories and fair monthly targets — designed around real demand in your market. Retail welcomed from 30 kg mixed product orders. Apply via the Partners page on the site.
How do I track my Hammerex order?+
We send the EMS tracking number on WhatsApp the day your order is dispatched. EMS provides updates from collection through customs to your door — typical UK transit is 5-6 working days. If anything stalls, message us on WhatsApp and we'll chase EMS for you.
